Understand
Before designing or coding, I understand the business, the people and the problem that really needs solving.
I work across product, creative direction and front-end: I help define what to build, shape the experience and take part in the implementation.
I work on creating and evolving digital products, connecting product, creative direction and front-end from defining the problem through implementation.
I started in the creative world, across graphic design, fashion and textile printing. Then I moved into interfaces, user experience and front-end. It was at an agency that I got the chance to dive fully into that world. There I started working with interfaces hands-on and kept widening my range across design, experience and front-end. That path taught me to look at a product from more than one angle: visual language, use, technical feasibility and business context.
Today I'm a supervisor at LG CNS and work as Product Owner of Family Club, a digital platform for Latin America. Beyond that, I work on other digital projects for LG CNS and LG Brazil, contributing creative direction, UX/UI and front-end alongside technical and business teams.
In many projects, product, creative direction and front-end happen in separate tracks.
In my work, these tracks connect from the start. Business, people and systems join the conversation before anything reaches the screen.
This reduces lost context between decision, interface and implementation.
In a product or in the page that presents it, the logic holds: a clear structure, from concept to screen.
No. 142 · Year 12. An interview in Revista W where I talked about my first portfolio. The article was about CSS, back when the topic still took up little space in conversations about design and development in Brazil. A milestone from the start of my path, when design and code already went hand in hand.

My work rarely starts with the layout.
Before designing or coding, I understand the business, the people and the problem that really needs solving.
I turn needs, processes and information into structure: journeys, features and priorities.
I translate that structure into experience, visual language and interface.
I follow the execution with the technical team and business areas to preserve the logic set at the start.
AI has joined my process. It hasn't replaced me.
Today, AI is my process assistant: it expands my capacity to research, prototype, code, document and review. It doesn't decide the problem or the direction. I define context, rules and criteria; I use the tool to explore, execute and validate with more reach.
