Creating a common base so different systems work together.

Entry and workspaces concept: one access point and a view of the systems available to each person.
At LG Brazil and across Latin America, there were tools built at different times, each with its own access, navigation and way of requesting support.
For users, there was no platform, just many systems: repeated logins, inconsistent interfaces, duplicated components and access managed separately. Each new portal raised the cost of maintaining everything.
I structured a common experience across distinct systems, preserving each workspace's autonomy.
I conceived the vision for LG One and structured the product and experience foundation: navigation principles, access, visual references and rules so new systems can join without starting from scratch.
- Define what needed to be common and what should stay specific to each system.
- Separate access to the platform from the permissions of each workspace.
- Establish visual and navigation references without erasing the particularities of each area.
- Consider different languages, countries and regions from the start.
- Prepare the structure to receive new systems without starting from scratch.
LG One is in development. The vision, flows and references shown guide the platform's evolution and the gradual onboarding of workspaces.

Sign-in screen concept: one access point to the products a person is authorized to use.

Home screen concept: each person sees the workspaces their permissions unlock.
